Open living space with 2 bedrooms,

The open-plan living area is wrapped in deep greys and charcoal cabinetry, softened by creamy textiles, warm lighting, and pale oak floors.
The kitchen island is a standout feature, clad in sculptural tile that adds rhythm and reflection to the space, while built-in lighting elevates the clean-lined atmosphere.

Glass brick walls are reimagined as modern sculptural dividers in the master bathroom and bedroom, allowing light to travel while adding texture and depth. The custom mural in the bedroom brings a bold, artistic tension to the soft palette—creating a space that’s both grounded and expressive.

Two distinct bathrooms offer contrasting moods—one sculptural and earthy with brass accents and terracotta tones, the other graphic and minimal, with bold black-and-white ceiling art extending into the shower zone.

Throughout the apartment, natural light plays against matte finishes and smooth surfaces, creating a tactile calm.
Even in its darker moments, this home feels luminous—carefully balanced between design clarity and everyday warmth.
